About Fire Retardancy

Polyester double knit fabric used in these covers is treated during manufacture with fire retardant chemicals. The material has been approved by the Department of Public Safety of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of California, and has passed NYC Bureau of Standards Tests. Purchasers are supplied with a copy of the approvals and a sample swatch of materials for submission for testing wherever it may be required. In addition, the construction of the cover is designed to allow for clipping a sample of the actual cover if necessary. Our sewn in label indicates that the fabric was treated with fire retardant.Of course, all materials used are non-toxic.

• Rugged, top quality, no iron, wrinkle free double-knit Polyester, chemically treated fabric.
• Complete table top coverage - top, front, back and ends with slit on one long side to provide easy under-table storage from back, or under table display. Unpleated.
• Speeds set up and take down time! Slips easily over table.
• Easy Care! Knock out dust by running without heat in your clothes dryer. No wrinkles. Hangs smooth. (Can be washed or dry cleaned, but may remove some of the fire retardant.)
• Versatile! Available in either 6' or 8' lengths for standard 30"w table. (Unless you have your own 6' tables, we recommend you buy the 8' covers which will fit the occasional 6' table by dropping over the "dead" end or folding the top under at one end).
